We try our absolute best to get all orders shipped out the same day.
Please allow 4-5 business days for peak times.
All orders will be sent tracked.
WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US:
Customers are responsible for any import, or customs charges.
We will provide everything necessary for your order to pass customs. We are not liable for delay with customs inspections, or an unforeseen customs hold on orders.
If shipped to the wrong mailing address, the customer is responsible for shipping/redelivery. Please make sure to double check your address.
Each piece is inspected by hand before shipment, and we deeply hope you are satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, a free returns label is included for returns.
We offer free refunds or credits within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer will be liable for re-shipment costs for exchanges if free shipping was applied.
Item/order must be shipped back in original condition: Unworn, unwashed, original packaging, and no scent of cologne/perfume.
